Job Summary: Assist senior sales staff in an entry-level role while gaining experience in the field.
+ Conduct research, attend meetings, and make phone calls or respond to emails.
+ Update records and help maintain client relationships.
+ May be tasked with cold calling potential customers, researching their company’s products or services, and assisting with sales presentations.
+ Work under the supervision of experienced sales professionals and are responsible for supporting the sales team in various tasks such as lead generation, customer research, market analysis, and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
+ A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
+ Must be able to be lift/carry 10 pounds.
+ Must have the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting exhibiting the “Aloha Spirit” to fellow workers, guests, clients and the community so as to provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating behaviors that reflect the Hawai‘i Convention Center’s vision, mission statement and values.
Rate of Pay - $18.00 per hour
