Inventory Analyst / Supply Chain Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Analyze inventory movement, usage, lead times, order quantities, and costs to ensure efficient use.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to plan and schedule inventory pickups and distributions.
• Perform routine audits, document any discrepancies, and work with the team to correct issues to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create and report inventory levels using our inventory software to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and aim for accuracy metrics in inventory management.
  
  

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Order Time or similar inventory management systems.
• Work experience in a small company supply chain environment a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze and understand inventory data.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects effectively.
