Inventory Control Supervisor (Office Clerk) - Cenergy International

Positions in this sub-family are responsible for the efficient purchase, storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods in the organization. Activities include forecasting anticipated materials requirements; coordinating supply; ensuring the timely flow of materials to production lines and the return of finished goods to distribution facilities; dealing with customs and shipping; and managing materials inventory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervises support roles with responsibility for performance review/management and training
Sets day-to-day objectives, organizes workflow, provides guidance, and supports achievement of goals for team
Leverages prior experience to solve issues using latitude of existing guidelines, also recommending changes within specialization policies/procedures
Works closely with specialization manager
Communicates regularly with management and infrequently with executive leadership
Other duties as assigned



Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma

3-years of experience managing critical spare inventory using SAP because the knowledge of the transaction codes determines the expected outcomes.

There are several flavors of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) the candidate needs at least 3-years proficiency with a CMMS and the interview process will explore that area"

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $28 - $32.69 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.



Please Note:

Must have a valid driver s license and current state requires minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
