Responsibilities:
- Organize daily truck inventory orders
- Develop an inventory strategy alongside the General Ops Director
- Monitor inventory needs
- Place truck orders
- Monitor and execute facility repairs/maintenance
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and cost efficient repairs are made
- Assist the restaurant in Front of House and Back of House as needed
Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in organizational strategies
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
