What you will do:
Verify Inventory:Conduct daily verification of on-hand inventory amounts and assess the accuracy of inventory records.
IdentifyDiscrepancies:Audit data, verify the accuracy of system records, and investigate recurring inventory issues todetermineroot causes of discrepancies.
Monitor Corrective Actions:Implement corrective actions to address inventory discrepancies and ensure their effectiveness through regular follow-ups and re-evaluations.
Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to inventory integrity processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Communication:Participatein meetings with relevant departments to discuss findings and corrective actions, while keeping leadership informed of any ongoing issues.

What you will need:
Level I:
Education:High school diploma or GEDrequired
Experience:1-3years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for candidates who have worked in inventory or materials management.
Level II:
Education:High School diplomarequired; a college degree or specialized training in materials discipline is preferred.
Experience:5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for candidates who have worked in inventory or materials management.

Advanced Root Cause Analysis:Ability to conduct in-depth investigations andidentifyroot causes of discrepancies in inventory.
Strong Communication Skills:Effective verbal and written communication to work cross-functionally with various departments.
Process Improvement:Knowledge of inventory processes and ability to recommend and implement improvements.
Attention to Detail:A sharp focus on accuracy and data integrity in all aspects of inventory management.
