Job Title: Inventory/Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory/Warehouse Associate with a strong background in warehouse operations. A minimum of 12 months of warehouse experience is required. This role involves kitting materials, packaging, performing cycle counts, and ensuring the quality of materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, and the ability to analyze data.
Responsibilities
+ Processing materials using ERP systems (GIRA, SAP, Confluence)
+ Troubleshooting root cause analysis and tracking materials
+ Performing cycle counts and validating parts
+ Reading manufacturing labels and drawings
+ Kitting, pulling materials, and work orders
+ Picking, pulling, staging, and packaging of parts
+ Performing kit audits of material orders
+ Setting up physical bins and locations
+ Moving material and equipment using various methods including pallet jacks and forklifts
+ Receiving and validating hardware from various sources
+ Performing stock checks upon request
+ Identifying, recording, troubleshooting, and resolving material issues
+ Identifying, recording, and tracking material and process anomalies
+ Performing daily cycle counts and physical inventory counts/adjustments as needed
+ Reviewing multiple reports for warehouse efficiency
Essential Skills
+ 12 months of warehouse experience
+ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
+ Inventory management
+ Cycle counting
+ Material kitting and packaging
+ Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Forklift certification (preferred)
+ Experience with pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to read and interpret manufacturing labels and drawings

Work Environment
This position is based in our warehouses located in Kirkland and Redmond. Work schedules include Monday-Friday (Redmond) from 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday (Kirkland) from 7am-3:30pm, and Sunday-Thursday (Kirkland). The role requires sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, using ladders, stools, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
