This is a social and fast-paced investment accountant position within an established and experienced accounting team. We promote camaraderie, hands-on training, and individual mentoring. Responsibilities:

- Record and reconcile monthly cash activity for funds, holding companies, and legacy investments.
- Process weekly accounts payable for funds, holding companies, and legacy investments (checks and electronic payments).
- Assist with treasury functions, such as monitoring bank activity, initiating wires, ACHs and fund transfers on the various banking platforms.
- Maintain tenant ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements package for legacy asset holdings (balance sheet, income statement, budget-to-actual, rent rolls, AR, AP, and partners equity accounts).
- Assist in uploading all funds’ third-party monthly property data, annual budgets, and business plans into Yardi and coordinate the collection of such data from property management companies.
- Track and process investor capital calls and distributions in both investor relations software and Yardi.
