What we're looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is pivotal in supporting our capital raising strategy and maintaining best-in-class investor relations to provide exceptional service to our investors throughout their entire lifecycle. As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Investor Relations Excellence: Help maintain and enhance our investor relations function by identifying and implementing process improvements to deliver outstanding service to both external and internal stakeholders.
- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for inbound investor calls, ensuring a personalized and responsive experience for our investors.
- Investor Communication: Coordinate, produce, and disseminate investor communications, including quarterly reports, investor notices, and capital calls. Lead quarterly investor calls, presentation materials, and follow-up. Schedule investor meetings, events and other engagement activities to strengthen investor relationships.
- Content Production: Collaborate with marketing on insightful content for investor communications.
- Database Management: Lead the organization and updates of the investor database, ensuring all investor information is current and accessible.
- Capital Raising Support: Assist in executing the company's capital raise strategy, from due diligence to investor onboarding.
The ideal Investor Relations Manager will have:
- Previous experience in institutional financial customer service, private equity fund management, investor relations, or fundraising.
- Knowledge of real estate investments, private equity, or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, internal sales support, or real estate capital markets.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Juniper Square) and design software (e.g., Adobe Pro, Canvas).
- A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a passion for private equity and real estate.
