Pro Resources is currently hiring for an Invoice position in Lebanon, IN. for a company that supplies shipments of semi- auto trailer parts. As an Invoicer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes for our clients. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Training: Day Shift(6:00am-2:20pm) for 1-2 Weeks
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand our invoicing software and processes.
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary information for invoicing.
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing statements.
Maintain organized records of invoices and billing documents.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in accounting or related field is a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Must wear Steel-Toes.
Equipment Operating Experience.
