Senior Irrigation Technician

Bloom Talent Solutions has been engaged by a fast-growing Landscape company in the Rogers, AR, market to recruit and hire an Irrigation Technician to join their team. The position entails experience with lawn and maintenance, irrigation repairs, and lighting experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform site assessment Inspect equipment and inventory supplies.
• Install irrigation components, clocks, and other irrigation devices, ensuring they function efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of irrigation systems.
• Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, and locating existing zones and valves.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of irrigation and management experience
• Lighting experience is highly preferred
• A valid driver's license
• Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Must possess a smartphone

Possess superior organizational skills

• Have a strong work ethic
• Be able to move in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a background and drug test
• Must be able to read irrigation plans
• High school diploma with additional technical certifications a plus
• Basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

Compensation and benefits include:

• Range of $18/hour to $25/hour
