Duties And Responsibilities
- Customer Invoicing/receive payments
- Monthly/ Quarterly reporting for sales/ accounts receivable/ financial statements
- Keeping accurate records and organized paper and electronic files
- Various Administrative functions and projects using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prepares weekly reports for AR and AP
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare reports and ensure legal compliance
- Assistance with additional administrative projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, OR minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance or bookkeeping
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Strong numerical skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks (online and desktop versions)
- Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
- Proficient Skills in Client Excel
- Experience with Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Sales tax experience - preferred
- Sales tax audit experience - preferred
