Salary Range: $23-25 per hour depending upon experience and education.

Position Summary:. Assist with supporting, implementing, and maintaining the Bank's BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs to ensure conformity and adherence with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review daily OFAC system matches and insure OFAC updates are deployed timely and with no errors.
- Review daily change orders, monetary instruments, wires, and IAT activities and update the BSA system records as necessary.
- Review cash and related reports daily and ensure Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) are completed when required.
- Assist in the BSA system alert triage process.
- Conducting investigations, document findings and outcomes with facts, reports and other data.
- Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Assist with special projects as designated by the AVP, BSA.
- Review monetary instrument activity and escalate potentially suspicious activity to the VP, BSA Officer.
- Perform database searches for OFAC matches; research and refer possible matches to the VP, BSA Officer.
- Review customer profiles for complete information
- Help in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
- Serve as backup for other staff functions of the department and assist with special projects as designated by the VP, BSA Officer.
- Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the VP, BSA Officer.
Employees also have a responsibility to understand the Bank's BSA/AML Program, the procedures outlined in it, and to follow the Program and procedures in carrying out their duties. Any employee that fails to adhere to the BSA/AML Program or commits other violations of the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years' Microsoft Office experience (i.e. Word, Excel)
- 1 years' banking background
- 1 years' experience in BSA/AML environment
Essential Job Functions:
Essential job functions include the employee occupying this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 60 percent of the time; frequently operate a telephone, computer, printer, copier and fax machine; and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
