Janitor - ABM Industries

ABM is looking for Experience Janitors responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of LEVI'S Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49er's.

***Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule, shifts and hours may vary: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Essential Duties: *Job duties may be modified at any time.

• Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary.
• Wash, clean and disinfect all water coolers.
• Damp mop or clean any spillage in office and public areas as required.
• Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor.
• Dust the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures.
• Clean entrance door glass inside and outside.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in restrooms, lunchrooms and refill all paper and soap dispensers.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES -

• Knowledge of basic cleaning practices and ability to lift and throw out trash bags 10-15 lbs. in weight
• Ability to: Physical stamina to lift and operate equipment and perform basic janitorial duties in an effective manner.
