• *Are you ready to put your knowledge, skills, and experience to work developing modern and intuitive mission management systems that use current development practices, are cloud native, and are built within an extreme agile continuous deployment software development framework? As a motivated software developer on this exciting program comprised of multiple product teams, you will support our mission customers through modernization of mission management applications.What You’ll Get to Do: We’ll look to you to help design, develop, and maintain microservices and a UI for a data-rich application with complex user workflows
As a part of the development process, you will write automated tests, deploy to a fully automated DevSecOps pipeline, and influence the current architecture and future technical direction of the project
Each day, you can expect to report a brief status at an agile stand-up meeting, dig into the highest priority work to accomplish that day, code with your teammates, and participate in TEMs as needed.Technologies you will use may include:Frontend frameworks like Vue and BootstrapSpring FrameworkJavaJavaScript/typescriptAutomated testing tools like Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.Databases like MySQL, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, etc.SCM and issue tracking tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.DevSecOps pipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, etc.You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experienceExperience: 7 or more years of experience in software developmentAvailable to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, COExperience with either Web/Front End and/or Back-end with willingness to do Full StackDemonstrated experience working with others in a team environmentWillingness to learn new skills and technologiesDevelopment on Linux OSJava development skillsCurrent Security+ certification (or the willingness to get it)These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps processesUse of Amazon Web ServicesExperience with automated testing toolsExperience using tools for Test Driven Development (TDD)Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Redis, etcExperience with Git / GitLab source code management toolsExperience with container management (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately
