Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial service plumbing, be able to work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work without callbacks. This is a salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package, quarterly performance-based bonuses, and a focus on work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing service work, predominantly in commercial settings (80%-90% commercial).
- Service and maintain plumbing systems for property management companies, HOAs, light commercial and retail industrial properties, mid-rise buildings, condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and hotels.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, ensuring work is completed to the highest technical standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Work independently and efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3.5 years of experience as a service plumber, with a focus on commercial service work.
- Extensive experience with property management, HOAs, light commercial and retail industrial, mid-rise, condos, townhomes, single-family, and hotel plumbing systems.
- Strong technical skills and ability to perform high-quality work with no call-backs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid plumbing license and driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
