Culmen International, LLC is seeking a Jr. Financial Analyst - Part Time who will work in a Program Management Office (PMO) for a global logistics contract in support of a key Department of Defense customer. The successful candidate must possess the skills and experience listed below, be an independent thinker, detail oriented, and implement effective time management. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner, and work well in a diverse team environment across various cultures and time zones
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process vendor payments through third-party payment platforms (e.g., Convera/WU, AMEX, or Corpay/AFEX).
- Utilize company IT systems to update transactions and incorporate/amend actuals.
- Develop and refine graphs, tables, and images to ensure accuracy.
- Track project costs across multiple funding lines allocated by region, country, project accounts, and fiscal years (appropriation).
- Accurately allocate costs to event-specific control accounts and/or charge codes.
- Input and maintain tracking data for various projects.
- Work with multiple datasets to extract insights.
- Assist in populating and maintaining trackers.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to demonstrate independence, leadership, and working within a group or team environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet deadline
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to tackle new projects and ideas
- Current college student with an expected graduation date from 2024-2028

The determination of compensation at Culmen International, LLC is based on various factors such as location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, clearance level, experience, internal equity, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00 hourly. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Culmen's total compensation package for employees.
