The Richmond office of our firm is seeking an associate for their Financial Services & Securities Enforcement Department. - Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of litigation experience following a federal judicial clerkship.
- Experience with financial services and/or class action litigation and court experience would be considered a plus.
- Strong writing and research skills, excellent academic credentials and admission to the Virginia bar are required.
