Jr. Maintenance Technician - Millrun at Union

Large property looking in search for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds, minor maintenance repairs, cleaning offices, models, assisting vendors and repairing physical structures of buildings nd maintaining grounds by performing the following duties.

• Complete work orders.
• Assist in communication with residents , delivery notices, work orders and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for change in occupancy.
• Clean internal areas of buildings.
• Maintain ground, picking up trash.
• Empties trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup.
• Paint interior/exterior walls trim for parking lot surfaces.
• Operate snow removal equipment .
• Shovel snow from sidewalks
• Assist other departments with moving furniture, appliances, unloading and storing supplies.
