We are looking for a Jr. Service Tech to join our team supporting our Tradeshow Division. The High-Volume Small Booth (HVSB) Service Tech is one of the first team members that our customers meet when visiting the Showroom for an appointment. This is an entry-level position that can lead to a fulfilling career with ample opportunity for growth!

Position Description:
The HVSB Jr. Service Tech will maintain proper inventory, pull, and prep orders, install/assemble, dismantle, pack, and ship customer booths and collateral to ensure that all items are included for a successful trade show. In addition, client previews and training are provided to assist customers in a successful set-up and event.

Position Description:
The HVSB Jr. Service Tech will maintain proper inventory, pull, and prep orders, install/assemble, dismantle, pack, and ship customer booths and collateral to ensure that all items are included for a successful trade show. In addition, client previews and training are provided to assist customers in a successful set-up and event.
The HVSB Jr. Service Tech helps Sabre Group achieve its mission by being “Exceptionally Good” at small-booth assembly, training, and communication to ensure every client receives “World Class” customer service.
Key Resonsibilities:
- Inventory, Installation & Dismantle (65%)
- Inventory/collateral - pull, count and prepare for order. Communicate any discrepancies.
- Pulling & Prepping orders – Review work order, Pull, prep, set-up, disassemble, pack, and prepare for shipping.
- Provide manifests to freight manager - Dimensions, weight, etc.
- At the conclusion of a show, items will need to be picked up or shipped back and set up again to be inspected and ensure all parts and materials are in good condition.
- Make repairs as necessary and inform HVSB Coordinator of any concerns. Warranty/Fix items covered and meet client requests as needed.
- Client Preview & Training (25%)
- Assemble client booth to exact specifications.
- Provide a detailed preview/demonstration of the assembly and dismantle process to result in an efficient and successful outcome for the client.
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns throughout the process.
- Showroom (10%)
- Ensure that the showroom is in working order and clean daily to accommodate client appointments and walk-ins.
- Replace booth/display lights or materials as needed, clean shelves and counters from dust, organized area, vacuum.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to clearly communicate instructions and processes
- Strong work ethic – focused on results and customer satisfaction
- Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring deadlines are met
- Advanced time management skills and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn, Coachable
- Advanced attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience – inventory, pulling orders and forklifts.
- Ability to assemble various materials to construct a trade show booth.
- Trade show experience and Forklift Certified preferred but not required.
