About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.



Rate Range: $50-$55/Hr



Job Description:

• As a member of our Business Integration team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing a framework for business integration strategies for both newly acquired business and internal re-organization efforts.
• Our goal is to develop a playbook that outlines the phases necessary to efficiently merge acquired businesses technology, including end user workspace, application development, SaaS and business process flows into the mainstream of ***’s operations while maintaining the efficient operations of the acquired company.
• Additionally, the framework can be applied to internal integration of independent business units into a cohesive operating model gaining efficiencies while improving our ability to server our customers with industry leading products and services.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in merger and acquisition best practices life cycle including Client, analysis, design, build and implementation
• A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas.
• Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals Engaging with Product Owners to build fluency in their product in order to develop communications and training content
• Analysis of application architecture and data components
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SDLC, AI/Client and data architecture & analytics would be beneficial
•  Project Management skills would be a bonus
