Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our client relations team. In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, supporting client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and relay them to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting summaries for clients.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients updated on milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Prior experience or internship in customer service or client management is a plus.
