Location: Downtown Chicago

Our client, an architectural design and planning organization, is currently looking to hire an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team in Downtown Chicago.
The Junior Architectural Project Manager is responsible for creating sets of construction drawings and review of RFIs and submittals under the direct supervision of senior staff for Industrial, office, and retail new construction projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of ADA, building codes, energy conservation codes, and document codes
- Experience and knowledge of MEP disciplines.
- Basic understanding of accessibility guidelines, building codes, and energy conservation codes
- Job Site visits and/or on-site meetings with the client
- Min 3-5 years of experience in the industry
- Experience using Procore or similar Construction Project Management Software
- At any given time may be running 5 projects at a time throughout the Midwest
