Our client is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Facility Relocation team. This role will focus on process documentation, capital approval requests, and material tracking while supporting various project management initiatives.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Facility Relocation team. This role will focus on process documentation, capital approval requests, and material tracking while supporting various project management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flowchart and document facility relocation processes
- Process capital approval requests and work order creation
- Track and manage material requests
- Assist with bid documents and special billing
- Collaborate with Project Managers on new and current project initiation
- Analyze business problems and recommend solutions
- Create and maintain process documentation using Visio
- Work with large datasets using Microsoft Excel
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline with 0-2 years relevant experience, OR 2-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Strong financial aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with process development and flowcharting (Visio)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
