Job Overview:
Reboot Staff is seeking a Junior Communications Associate to support our communication strategies and help craft clear, engaging messages for internal and external audiences. In this role, you’ll work closely with the communications team to assist with content development, research, and campaign coordination. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing a variety of content, including press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Support the communications team in planning and executing initiatives that align with the company’s brand and messaging goals.
• Collaborate with team members to develop presentations, reports, and other communications materials.
• Coordinate and assist with public relations activities, including media outreach and event logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
