Job Description
Primary responsibilities of this role are:
- Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system
- Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents
- Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution
- Prepare customer communication
- Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Assist with other collateral related tasks as needed (including continuations of UCCs, or other ongoing maintenance)
- Work with outside agencies (Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Clerk of courts, lending institutions and dealers) to resolve problems
- Some clerical/administrative functions including receipt of documents, department mail delivery, and other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in a customer service related position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability
- Prior customer service experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Demonstrated dependability (attendance)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements
- Overtime as required
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
