- Injection molding experience
- Problem solving abilities
- Comfortable using various basic windows based software, such as excel and word.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment
- Self-starter, needing little supervision.
- Strong math/mechanical aptitude.
- Strong work ethic.
- Flexibility and open-mindedness a must, in order to work in a non-standard/specialty work environment.

This off-shift Jr.DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN position will be located in our Research and Development Facility. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating ceramic core presses and injection molding machines.
- Processing prototype parts as required to meet customer requirements, including through hand finishing operations.
- Processing of additive manufacturing of components used in the manufacture of wax patterns and ceramic cores.
- Responsibility for standardizing/documenting procedures.
- Working closely with engineering and other technicians, with a common goal of producing quick turn core, pattern and casting solutions in support of both internal and external development projects.
- Performs and documents a variety of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities, as required.
- Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
