Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Texas.
2-3 years of experience with real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, financing, and development and leasing of commercial real estate.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
AmLaw 200 experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the financing, acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets in Texas and across the U.S.
Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, gaining cross-disciplinary experience in real estate development, investments, and finance.
Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys in a supportive and dynamic environment.
