ServiceNow Business Analyst - GenAI
Large Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, Dallas (Plano), Des Moines, Minneapolis, Chandler, New Jersey (Woodbridge), New York (NY)
Hybrid: - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote
Focus: Knowledge Article Creation
Associate - Mid Level
Must Haves:
- 3+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years experience with Knowledge Base & Knowledge Article creation
- 2+ years experience working on an Agile Delivery Team
- 2+ years experience in an Agile Delivery Tool like JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, or ServiceNow Agile tools (preferable JIRA & Confluence)
Nice to Haves:
- Certified System Admin (CSA) preferred but not required
Job Description:
- Groom stories on all boards to ensure they have Acceptance Criteria and include clear descriptions of the requirements
- Review & Update Knowledge Articles to align to defined standardsà must identify what does not match with the standards
- Report status on completion of review & update of knowledge articles to ensure alignment to defined timelines
- Hands on with updating Knowledge articles within ServiceNow to make sure they are in alignment with the defined standards
