Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr – $32/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Keyholder/Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a dynamic Retail team. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards while achieving performance goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and retail experience, with a passion for delivering a superior shopping experience.
Responsibilities of the Keyholder/Store Manager:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Execute visual merchandising and ensure store presentation meets company standards.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including handling shipments and ensuring product availability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and provide training to staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and loss prevention.
- Handle cash management and financial reporting.
Qualifications for the Keyholder/Store Manager:
- Proven experience in retail management or as a Keyholder.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with retail sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
