Job Title: Kitting Specialist

Location: Fremont, CA

Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Kitting Specialist to join our client's team in Fremont, CA. This is a full-time opening and offers the opportunity to transition from a temporary role to a permanent staff position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitting and pulling parts for assembly processes
• Transacting and issuing parts in inventory management systems
• Maintaining accurate records of parts movement and inventory levels
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure timely parts availability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in kitting, pulling, transacting, and issuing parts in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
