This is a paid applied learning opportunity with the Wichita State University Ennovar team where you will be working on-site at Koch Industries alongside and will report to professionals with the Flint Hills Resource Group (FHR). This opportunity has the potential to lead to continued employment with FHR beginning summer of 2025 and beyond.

Job Summary
A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms.

Job Duties
• Managing inventory with book-to-physical tie out processes.
• Partnering with operations and pipeline schedulers to ensure accurate inventory reporting
• Timely apply cash received from customers.
• Reviewing agreements and invoice counterparties per the terms of the agreement.
• Reviewing invoices and ensuring accurate payment processing.
• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identifying process improvements.

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, formula creation, etc.) and Access.
• 2025/2026 Expected Graduation
• Ability to work within a team environment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position.
