Position: L1MA (Level 1 Med Aide)  Nights 7p-7a

Location: Manchester, MO

Hourly Pay Rates:

• Weekday Pay Range (M-F): $17-$18
• Weekend Pay Range (Sat, Sun): $19-$20

We want you to join our team as our next Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) because you are:

• Skilled in meeting others' needs- from personal care and medication management to meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities
• Proactive in your service
• Gifted in making those around you feel loved and engaged
• Reliable in your commitments
• Knowledgeable and experienced in working with adults with memory impairment
• Team-oriented in your work

How do you become our next Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)?

• Be reliable in a rotation weekly 4 day/3 day schedule
  • Week 1: Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri
  • Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work every other weekend and to be placed in a holiday rotation
• Have a vaild driver's license and proof of car insurance or State ID
• Have reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Ability to Lift and/or move items up to 50lbs
• Have experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and or physical challenges
• Have a positive, engaging, and proactive approach
• Have a valid Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification through the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS)
