Summary of Position

The licensed clinician collaborates with primary care providers to address the medical and psychosocial needs of patients, enhancing health outcomes through quality care and integrated consultation. This role involves providing clinical services using a team-oriented approach for children, adults, and families, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans. The clinician will offer culturally sensitive mental health services, including assessments, referrals, and follow-up care. Responsibilities also include educating, advocating for, and referring patients to local social services, as well as potentially supervising non-licensed staff and trainees and providing behavioral health education to PTH staff.

• Flexible Hybrid Schedule Model
• 3 days in clinic, 2 days at home
• Choose a 4 OR 5-day workweek
• No call or weekends
• Average patient volume: 7 per day
• EMR: NextGen

• Licensed or Associate Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, MSW, AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
• Experience in mental health care for children and adults.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary collaboration.
