Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in New Castle, IN. The LCSW will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessment and Treatment:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to address a variety of mental health issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
- Case Management:
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and social services to support client care.
- Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate services and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Crisis Intervention:
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Develop safety plans and provide support during emergencies.
- Assess risk and implement appropriate interventions to ensure client safety.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current LCSW license in the state of IN.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a community health setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
