Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing online live streaming events.
• Coordinate and manage live streaming sessions for both male and female idol groups.
• Develop creative concepts and strategies for live streaming content to engage and grow our audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote live streaming events through various channels.
• Collaborate with talent managers and other departments to ensure smooth execution of live streaming activities.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of live streaming events and provide insights for improvement.
• Help manage social media accounts and create content to support marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, live streaming, and social media.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for live streaming content.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
