LMFT Supervisor - WAVE Therapy

• Part Time ( 5-10 hours a week with potential of more).
• Full Intake Department to support clinical administrative needs.
• Internal Billing Department.

• LMFT licensed requirements.

• $100/hr per supervisee (for individual supervision).
• $100/hr for 2 hours ($200 total) for group supervision.

• Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
• Leadership.
• Scheduling supervision hours and overseeing associates.
• Support associates with Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use).
• Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.

• LMFT licensed to practice in the state of California.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
• Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
• Attend a paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
