Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join their healthcare team in the Bronx. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will ensure all clinical services meet professional standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising case managers, overseeing quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with agency policies.
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $35/hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday

Responsibilities as the LMSW: Clinical Supervisor:
- Supervision: Assign cases, schedule work, and evaluate direct care staff.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee case management services, perform audits, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Training: Provide training to new and current case managers.
- Client Services: Ensure comprehensive service plans are developed and reassessed quarterly, and supervise delivery of mental health and substance abuse services.
- Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports, and complete psychosocial assessments.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with ancillary agencies and maintain client linkage agreements.
- Education: New York State LMSW in Social Work.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience overseeing a case management team.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS case management, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with HIV/AIDS populations, mental health and substance abuse individuals, and those who are bilingual and bi-cultural in Spanish.
