RHD is OPEN and hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses for second and third shifts.
$1500 SIGN ON BONUS AND $1500 RETENTION BONUS!
- 1/2 of the approved amount paid at the successful completion of 90 days of employment, 1/2 of the approved amount paid at 180 days of successful employment.
- The sign on bonuses are pro-rated for Part-Time positions being filled.. (i.e 20 hrs/week= 50% of the above)
- On-call staff who take a full-time position are eligible for the above.

Resources for Human Development is seeking mission-driven LPNs to join our program located in the Bucks County area. The LPN is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing services to individuals, residing in the PIER (Pledge for Independence Empowerment and Recovery) program. The LPN will serve as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide support to the program as well as ensure the well-being of each individual.

Job title: LPN.
Reports to: Program Director.
Position Summary:
The primary role of a LPN is the oversight, coordination and direct intervention of any and all health-related issues directly or indirectly related to any and all participants of the program.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Maintains nursing documentation and medication records.
- Assists residents in learning about their medications; assures that medications are taken as physician ordered and recorded in electronic MAR.
- Provides nursing care including, but not limited to, wound care, trach care, diabetic counseling, etc
- Assesses residents’ health and emotional needs.
- Communicates with other members of the nursing and program staff; communicates serious issues to the Nurse Manager and Program Director.
- Maintains confidentiality, including keeping voice low and not talking about residents in public areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- 2 years of medical experience.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current license.
