LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Tower Hill Healthcare Center

We are currently looking to expand our team and in need of LPN’s. We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus! The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and great work ethic. Responsibilities are to supervise certified nursing assistants and to work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing while coordinating the provision of healthcare objectives to residents in a manner consistent with current Federal, State, local and facility regulations, guidelines and standards. Duties include but are not limited to following facility and departmental policies, guidance and directives when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies. Be able to interpret policies and procedures for personnel, residents, and medical staff. Assist with orientation, instruction, and supervision of other nursing personnel. Give and receive reports to other nursing staff and assign duties as needed. Communicate with resident's families and responsible parties. Monitor and supervise C.N.A.s. Set up, administer and chart medications. Maintain patient records. Must have valid and active Licensed Practical Nurses license. We offer a competitive benefits package for newly hired LPN's.
