  Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN):

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

   Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (RN):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • LPN/RN in OH 
  • Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
  • Serious applicants 
  • Interest in the geriatric population
