LPN/MA - Family Practice Dr. Matt Brink/Kelle Monroe, FNP - Full-time - Quincy Medical Group

Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our Family Practice team with Dr. Matt Brink and Kelle Monroe, FNP. As a multi-specialty group practice serving West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri, QMG has been a leader in healthcare for over 85 years and remains dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will support patient care by managing clinical tasks such as rooming patients, taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and occasionally administering medications and injections. You will also help educate patients, answer their questions, and contribute to a positive healthcare experience throughout their visit.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with a varying schedule that includes Monday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (depending on the schedule), Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The work location is Quincy, IL.

We are looking for candidates who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to deliver top-notch care to our patients. Valid Illinois license require for LPN candidates. Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not required, and training will be provided. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.
