Job Duties May Include:
- PRN, Self-Schedulingand/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
- Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
- Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
- Work with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure a patients care plan is followed
- Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
- Other nursing responsibilities, as needed

- Pay: $40-$42+ per hour, paid weekly and/or biweekly
- Remote Onboarding, virtual orientation

Experience:
- Active LPN License within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
- Maintains required certification(s)
