KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
1. Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
2. Current license through examination by the State Board of Nursing Examiners of Pennsylvania.
3. Minimum of two (2) year medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
4. Current CPR certification.
5. Practical Nursing knowledge, preparation, experience, skill and understanding to perform required
tasks.
PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS
Ability to move, lift or shift 100 pounds.
Standing, walking, climbing and descending stairs
Reaching over head and lifting
Carrying/moving, stooping and bending
Operation of a motor vehicle
WORKING CONDITIONS
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Driving involved. Visits patients in their homes who may have a vast variety of socioeconomic backgrounds.
