LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Peregrine Team

Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring LVNs in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

Pay: $30-36/hour

Job Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including phlebotomy, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medical Office, preferably primary care - Required  
• Current Phlebotomy Certification - Required 
• Current California LVN License. - Required  
• Current IV Certification - Preferred
• Proficient in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to assist providers during procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to administer injections and other medications as required
• Shift- 40 hours- 5x8
