About the Job
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and/or Labor Relations.
10+ years of related Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 5 years of prior Labor Relations experience.
Advanced HR certification(s) preferred.
Excellent client management and business literacy skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
High attention to detail. Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
Must be able to prioritize a variety of time sensitive tasks. Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion. Must be able to develop strong, trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
Extensive knowledge and practical application of Federal, State, and local laws with a solid understanding of the general body of laws surrounding Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Annual Salary = $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
