Labor and Employment Associate - Hanson Bridgett LLP

Position: Labor and Employment Associate (3-4 years of experience)
Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, San Rafael, Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
