The responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Pay for this position is 26.24 hourly.
- This position is a contract through the end of 2024 with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent.
- Location: South San Francisco, CA
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or GED, or AA/AS Degree in a related science major.
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
- A strong background in either media prep or glassware operations or related operational
- environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with sterilizing/cleaning equipment is required.
The responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for executing glass wash and equipment preparation activities.
- Cleaning, sterilizing, preparing and distributing of glassware and equipment.
- Operate process equipment, which includes autoclaves, washers, ovens, tanks, and benchtop instruments.
- Responsible for producing microbiological media, cell culture media, various solutions, buffers, clean glassware and prepared equipment for use throughout GMP and/or R&D groups.
