Are you a detail-oriented Land Surveyor with a passion for precision and a love for the outdoors? We’re on the hunt for a talented surveyor to join our vibrant team. While having a license is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker—we're more interested in your skills, enthusiasm, and drive!

What You’ll Do as Land Surveyor:

• Be a Detail Detective: Show off your keen eye for detail throughout the entire survey process, ensuring every measurement is spot-on.
• Use Your Survey Superpowers: Bring your knowledge of ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, topographic mapping, courthouse research, boundary surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys to the table and help us achieve project success.
• Map Mastery: Prepare and maintain accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys, confidently certifying and assuming liability for your work.
• Accuracy Aficionado: Direct and verify the precision of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at various survey sites.
• Project Management Pro: Take charge of survey projects from proposal through approval, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Quality Control Guru: Monitor quality and compliance with professional standards and risk management practices.
• Boundary Detective: Conduct thorough survey and deed research to resolve property boundaries and rights-of-way.

What Land Surveyor will bring:

• Qualifications: Ohio Professional Surveyor license or working towards licensure.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in surveying, with a strong track record in property, boundary, topographic, utility, construction stakeout, and record surveys.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a working knowledge of robot total stations and GPS receivers (preferred but not required).
• Law & Order: Strong background in boundary/property law and boundary analysis.
• Go-Getter Attitude: A sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
• Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire: Ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Client Whisperer: Excellent client relations skills to maintain and build strong partnerships.
