Landscape Client Relationship Manager - Business Resources One

• Develop strong, positive relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and consistent communication
• Maximize client retention through proactive engagement and exceptional service
• Prepare and present proposals professionally, adhering to company standards
• Respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests for proposals.
• Maintain records and tracking of all proposals in progress with timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain the Aspire database of current, prospective, and past clients to support marketing and sales efforts

• Highly organized
• Strong desire to serve, nurturing
• Ability to build relationships and create trust
• Outgoing
• Active listener, inquisitive – ask good questions
• Self-starter
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Horticulture knowledge – preferred
• In field landscape maintenance experience – preferred
• Account management experience – preferred
• Landscape & snow industry certification(s) or ability / interest in obtaining in the future
• Aspire or similar landscape industry specific software experience - preferred
• Degree in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field; or equivalent experience
