Landscape Superintendent - LM3 Laser

We’re seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a background in commercial landscape construction to join our team at Landscape Development Inc. You’ll oversee multiple new construction projects, ensuring that landscape installations meet specifications, are completed on time, and stay within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires frequent job site visits, leadership in field operations, and close coordination with clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment, staffing, and management of field teams for all projects

Review and interpret construction plans, attending pre-job walks and regular site visits

Ensure installations align with project plans and maintain accurate records of changes and approved paperwork

Monitor project costs, correct accounting or labor issues, and complete projects under budget

Build positive relationships with clients and LDI departments, ensuring open communication and satisfaction

Leadership and Safety Focus:

Implement and exceed LDI’s policies, safety protocols, and training programs

Conduct bi-weekly Foreman meetings, oversee equipment use, and evaluate field Foremen

Train new employees on LDI culture, project management practices, and safety standards

Enforce all LDI safety policies and OSHA regulations, report injuries, and ensure PPE compliance

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in commercial landscape construction, with a focus on new construction (not maintenance)

Strong leadership and management experience

Proficiency in reading construction plans and fluency in English and Spanish

Valid driver’s license and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Experience in public works (PW) projects is preferred
